Subject: Encrypt memory card question

Technical Area: Administration
Platform: Not Applicable
Release: 8.5.1
Reproducible: Always

I am able to apply a security policy to a Nokia E71, where I select "encrypt memory card".

Then I install Traveler on the Nokia E71 device. I get no question about if I want to install Traveler on the phone memory or the memory card, so by default Traveler is installed on the phone memory.
If I was able to install Traveler on the memory card, then I understand why I should apply a policy which requires me to encrypt the memory card, but what is the point of using this policy setting if no Traveler data is stored on the memory card?

Are the sync data for Notes Traveler stored on the memory card, even if the Traveler application is installed on the phone memory? If not, where is the sync data stored on my device?

When I install Traveler on a Nokia N95, I always get the question whether I want to install on the phone memory or on the memory card. This does not happen on the Nokia E71.
